Sheldon Fernandes

I’ve been working on climate and sustainability issues since 2012 with a wide range of stakeholders including industry, investors, educational institutions, scientists, start-ups, NGOs, and governments of all levels. My particular interest is in helping clients navigate through the increasingly complex web of climate and energy policy and programming in Western Canada, especially here in British Columbia.

Outside of the office, I stay pretty active, between running, yoga, swimming, cycling, hiking, and skiing, with the occasional surf session. I’m an enthusiastic traveller, both within and outside of Canada. Top Canadian destinations to date are Haida Gwaii and Mount Robson. Top international destinations so far are Thailand and Kenya. I’ve been doing a little bit of writing as well – on the music side, and a little bit of fiction…we’ll see if it goes anywhere.
