Customized Contract Training

In addition to our wide range of academic programs, JIBC is a leader in providing customized contract training. Our areas of training include emergency management, firefighting and fire safety, law enforcement and investigations, driver education and road safety, paramedicine, leadership, conflict resolution and counselling. Our long list of clients includes government agencies, non-profit organizations and private corporations based locally, nationally and internationally.

JIBC is the only firefighter training provider in B.C. dually accredited by the National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (The Pro Board) and the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC). JIBC also holds the Education Quality Assurance (EQA) designation, recognized for meeting or exceeding quality assurance standards set by the province of B.C.
